Skate-Tec M-Wave Short Track Blade (Cups Not Included)
Cups are NOT included. They're sold separately as an add-on: Skate-Tec Cups Set.
The bridge is NOT included. It's sold separately as an add-on: Skate-Tec M-Wave / ATTAQ Bridge.
The M-Wave is Skate-Tec's most popular blade. Raised cups keep your boot off the ice when you lean harder, and M-shaped forks spread the load along the tube so stiffness stays even from tip to tail. We recommend it for club through elite short track skaters who need stable, high-speed corners.
Flex vs. Firm
- Flex: thinner near the blade for a more dynamic bend. Default cup height is about +3 mm over a common Nagano-style baseline. Typical for lighter or more mobile skaters.
- Firm: more material at the base to hold the bend under higher force. Default about +5 mm. Typical for heavier or high-pressure skaters.
