Carpenter Boot Company (CBC) stands behind the quality of our products. We warrant that our boots and equipment are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

• Standard Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase for most products.
• Pro-Sharpening Frame: 2 years from the date of purchase.

If we determine a manufacturing defect exists, we will repair or replace the product at no charge (at our option).

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

• Size or fit problems
• Misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect storage
• Using faulty or incorrect blades, mountings, or third-party parts
• Heat molding or any modifications/alterations
• Neglect, abuse, or accidents (including impacts, falls, or abrasions)
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic changes (color, decals, or appearance)

Special Notes

• ShinArmor: Dings, scratches, and cracks from normal use are not covered.
• Boot Travel Box: Dings, scratches, cracks, and zipper failure from overfilling are not covered. Damage to items stored inside the box is also excluded.
• Pro-Sharpening Frame: Only covered for non-commercial, non-industrial use. Does not cover abrasive wheels or damage to boots/blades used with the frame.

Important Information

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. It applies only to products bought directly from Carpenter Boot Company or an authorized dealer.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a defect, please email us via our website contact form.
Please have your proof of purchase ready. You are responsible for all inbound shipping costs, insurance, and transportation charges when sending the product to us.

Limitation of Liability

Repair or replacement under this warranty is your only remedy. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all other warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Some states or countries may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
