We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
While we work hard to ship your order quickly, all shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors or delays.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within one week to discuss options.

Import Taxes and Duties

All prices shown do not include taxes or duties.

• In the USA and European Union, applicable taxes are collected at checkout.
• For all other countries, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, and customs fees when your package arrives.

Carpenter Boot Company does not cover or assist with the payment of taxes and duties. If you refuse to pay them and the package is returned or abandoned, we will not issue a refund. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can track your package at any time using that link.

It is your responsibility to:

• Provide a correct and secure delivery address
• Track your order
• Be available to accept delivery

If a package is returned to us because no one was available to receive it or taxes/duties were not paid, we will deduct the return shipping costs before issuing any refund. You will need to place a new order if you still want the item.
