United States and Canada orders only. US: submit within five (5) business days of delivery. Canada: within ten (10) business days. Do not ship anything until we approve your RMA and reply with instructions. Canadians must follow the Canada shipping rules on this page — we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Heat-molded, mounted, or used items cannot be returned.

Eligibility reminder: unused items in original packaging only. Print the packing slip after you submit and place it in your package once approved.
Exchanges are not free: you pay return shipping to us, plus a flat $25 USD to reship your replacement pair. After approval, we’ll email you a payment link for the $25; your replacement ships once it is paid. If we sent the wrong item or size, or it arrived defective or damaged, we cover shipping.
One size exchange per order. The replacement pair is final sale and can’t be exchanged or returned again, unless it arrives defective or we sent the wrong item or size. The applicable window (US five / Canada ten business days) and unused-condition rules apply to every exchange. Before we approve an exchange, we may ask for your sizing calculator result or foot measurements.
Rockered blades are final sale. Once we or our partner network have rockered a blade to your profile, it can’t be returned or exchanged. Blades that arrive defective or damaged in shipping are still covered.

Canada only — how to ship so we are not charged tariffs

Same product rules as the US (unused, 5% restocking on change of mind, $25 exchange reship, one exchange). You arrange and pay shipping. No prepaid UPS/CBC label.

  1. Wait for written RMA approval before shipping.
  2. Ship with Canada Post Tracked Packet USA or Expedited Parcel USA only (unless we approve another courier in writing).
  3. Do not ship duties prepaid (DDP). Use DAP / duties unpaid. Do not mark as a gift.
  4. Customs description must say: US GOODS RETURNED — originally exported from the United States. HTSUS 9801.00.10. RMA [number]. Original CBC order [number].
  5. Country of origin: copy from your CBC invoice/packing slip. Never invent “Made in USA.”
  6. Put the printable packing slip + a copy of your CBC invoice in the box. Ship to Speed Skating Equipment, LLC, 10801 E Linden St., Tucson, AZ 85749, United States.
If duties, taxes, or brokerage are billed to CBC because these steps were skipped, wrong courier used, DDP selected, or no RMA — those fees are deducted from your refund or must be paid before an exchange ships. We may refuse packages with unpaid charges.

After you submit, a printable packing slip with your RMA number will appear on this page. Do not ship until we approve the request. If you selected Canada, the slip includes the required customs wording — follow it exactly.
